It seems to have mostly gone unnoticed, but the Cosmic Reaver Kassadin skin's voice processing has been(in my opinion) vastly improved in this patch for whatever reason. I'm assuming it's because of the Cosmic skin line being extended with

Just played him right now, and was positivel surprised. The new Voice sounds a lot better! It's at least some improvement until there will be a VO update.
Woah. Is this voice filter edits of the original voice clips? Sounds like a complete overhaul
I used to like the skin but with the new voice I think its garbage :/
