The Moment you ult with him and he reveals the shoulder part of the cannon, you see the 4 rounds in it. And if he fires, the first cartridge gets tossed out, but then it is suddenly replaced, which annoys me, because why doesnt the 1st, 2nd,3rd and 4th cartridge on his model are actually used depending on how much you shot? Like, why are there 4 Shells if the Animation only ever uses 1 of them? That is literally the most annoying Thing I have ever met in LoL. THIS IS NOT PERFECT, AND NOT ACCEPTABLE! for me. And im TRULY sorry for the bad english.

Riot already answered this question. They wanted to do it but the model was already made in a way that to make this change they would have to remake most of the model. They didn't have enough time to do it.
