Can Azirs Sand Soldiers be killed?
I mean, they're made of sand, how do you kill sand? I guess a mage could burn the sand do the ground but to an ordinary foot soldier wouldn't they be unkillable?

Anyone who can displace Azir or incapacitate him can 'kill' the soldiers, because they 'die' without Azir's presence nearby and his constant renewal. I think they're not really alive though, since they seem to be a manifestation of Azir's magic, which would explain why he must remain near them. They might contain the actual souls of Shurimans though, but then is a ghost, or the mist/air it materializes in, alive? I would say no, because if something is alive just because some sentience animates it, then a vehicle is alive while it's being operated by a person.

I think that if you kill them as you would kill a normal soldier they would desintegrate, but Azir could then re-make that soldier
Well, arguably they aren't really alive, they are creations made of sand. Now, whether or not they do contain soul fragments is unsure - Taliyah seems to imply so, but we don't know really.
So, could you destroy them? Sure. Why couldn't you? However, I'd assume dependingo n the means used to destroy them, they can come back, as Azir can just make them rise once more. You could wonder tho, if you have enough magical knowledge, can you use magic to destroy them so that they don't come back?
probably it takes both magic and azir's will and concentration to keep them alive, anything that can "swift" his focus might diminish his ability to keep them around
I wouldnt say that they are alive in first place, its just sand.
I think it was mentioned somewhere that his sand soldiers are memories of Shuriman soldiers given life. And Azir can learn memories he didn't know (like the moment Xerath betrayed him)
So... not really? They can probably be put down but I doubt they'd stay down.
