Phantom Karthus Artwork

I bought the Phantom Karthus skin, as people may know, Karthus got a VU about a year ago, the problem is his phantom skin's art, it still uses the old outdated American art, but it is modeled after his old Chinese style, with how they couldn't show bones, so here is a simple idea to fix the art, why not replace the art on the client with the Chinese art, I'm gonna post links for comparison Phantom Karthus in game: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-OzFnRd_U_sw/U31yQQ0mBOI/AAAAAAAAQT8/rAyeViE_wKk/s1600/phantom1.jpg Phantom Karthus Art: http://img3.leaguecraft.com/lol-splash-art/asset/wallpaper_760px_1732.jpg Phantom Karthus Chinese Art: http://img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110215010511/leagueoflegends/images/8/87/Karthus_PhantomSkin_Ch.jpg

I actually find this problem with several champions, in fact I believe poppy is the first to actually get new splash art with her skins when she got her new look. Normally I'd say it's due to the champion's rework, but you still have Gangplank Fiora Sion for the contrary all holding their old splash art for skins.

I feel like all the splashes still show what you are getting for those 3, if anyone is getting full new splashes, it's gotta be Trundle

To a degree, but what I'm seeing is you've got

Splash for Sion: http://www.leagueoflegendsskins.com/images/champions/splash/Sion_3.jpg

vs in game for sion

There's some pretty substantial differences. Sure I can agree that you largely get the impression, but it's not always that way.

I think Sailor GP is a prime example of that. The Splash is dramatically different in appearance from his in game model.
