HELP! Champion ban sounds KILL ME!

I'm too stupid to find out how i can decrease the volume of champions being banned but it destroys me ears ever fucking time. Please tell me how to do so.

Click the gear in the top right corner. Click Sound Edit it how you please!

Same. My Sound is all at 1% but their voices...
