Question about lore/items....
So my questions is.. who is Zhonya? Zeke Rylai sereph Lord Van Damm & Dominik etc....
(some are rioters and other people, just wondering if there's any lore related stuff)

Well, for one thing, Seraph isn't a person, it's a type of Angel. Zhonya and Rylai are likely mages, while Zeke could've been some sort of Hextechmaturgist. Then, Lord Van Damm and Lord Dominik are - as one could guess, Lords of some sort. Van Damm clearly has renowned for his spiked flail, and Dominik might have some sort of reputation with executing people publicly with his "Regards", or assassinating people with crossbow-wielding assassins.
Others worth note; Sterak is likely a Noxian warrior with some strong temperament in battle, Randuin can be assumed to be a Demacian Vanguard, possibly even a member of Garen's Dauntless Vanguard. Athene could be a priestess or some sort of ritualist, Luden is more-or-less likely to be a mage talented with use of raw magic, and it can honestly go on from there. Basically, aside from the given name and appearance, most of the item's lore is just up to interpretation.
The only official lore relating to items is the doran's series and wriggles lantern, both well before the lore retcon.

Of the current items, 
is obviously named after morello and 
is named for a player (zeke) who invited many new people to the game back when doing so would get an item named after you. 
is another rioter iirc. I don't recall any others with actual, meaningful names, but I could be forgetting some.
