You are starting to replace champions well-thought out lore with

It's making lores unbearably weak and just straight up boring.
I want more excitement, more world building. These can barely even be considered lore!

they dont care about anything but esports now thats what it seems i loved to read all the lore but now its not much.
Are you talking about the one paragraph Lores? Those are supposed to be temporary. Eventually, and yes I agree it has been frustratingly slow, they plan to give all the champions full length stories.
For example, if you look at the following champions web-pages-
and eventually
their lores are in the up-to-date format. (Biography/color story)
Most champs who have such a small lore have their full lore on the website. The shurima champs and some of the champs who were released at the end of 2014/beginning of 2015 are still missing their full lores though.
