whats the story with the shop keepers, why do Teemo's grandpa and an otter work on summoners rift, are they in the lore (even the old journal of justice)? as for aram can we ever expect a champion who was a watcher and survived?

Well, i will mention that it was confirmed that the yordle shopkeeper from the current map is an old female yordle.

Now there is something interesting about her that i want to mention: Her tail and her "age".

As i mentioned before, she is an "old" female yordle... But what does it mean? In the current lore, yordles can live centuries without aging, just look at Poppy who is older than Demacia and Kennen, who was mentioned to be older than Shen, Zed, Akali and Jhin in the QA of Jhin.

So... an "old" yordle must be like... REALLY OLD to be in considered an ""old" female yordle"... but how do we know for sure that she is super old? Well, i have a theory:

Her tail.

Contemporary Yordles do not have tails because they evolved in order to lose the "rage gene" that gives them a tail and a transformation, as seen in the lost link Gnar... So, what if the "Female Yordle Merchant" is a prehistoric yordle that has survived since the "ice age" (or something like that)? I mean, we have the proofs that say that the yordles can live longer than the humans, so, it wouldnt be crazy to think that She has liven tons of centuries and that is the reason of why she is old even for the yordle standarts.

And on a side note, im pretty sure that the Pumpkinghead Shopkeeper from the Shadow Isles is an undead Yordle due his size and proportions of the body.

PS: The original Shopkeeper, called by some people "Bob", was a Manbaconian and he lives in the old Twisted Treeline, in Zaun... Trust me, i live there as well.

The only Shopkeepers with confirmed names are Lyte and Greyor from the Howling Abyss and the Shopkeepers from the Butchers Bridge, Finn and Bubbs

what, a yordle can't be a merchant? racist

They're entrepreneurial merchants who found a good market selling weapons to people who want to kill other people; dont question it, just enjoy the items.
