Spy squids?

So is anyone else weirded out by Secret agent Xin Zhao's splash art? First off the art is fantastic, great job art team! But when I thought Secret agent I though of James Bond, Kingsman, classy agents in suits engaging in espionage and stopping super villains! But then, SUDDENLY TENTACLE MONSTER! Now I will concede that Men In Black has set this precedent, but that franchise is most assuredly not my first thought when I think of secret agents.

Sharks were on the ICUN's list of threatened species, and mutated Sea bass did not carry the same level of gravitas, so giant octopus was the natural choice.
