Ryze Has No Skins W/ Special Effects

I have Ryze as one of my main characters along side brand, and while binging on some RP I unlocked 6 mystery skins. Oddly enough i ended up with 4 Ryze skins, Uncle Ryze, Pirate Ryze, Zombie Ryze, and Dark Crystal Ryze. Unfortunately all of these skins have 0 extra special effects. I searched for a Ryze Skin that had any special effects or remade ability textures and couldn't find any, despite having multiple skins for Ryze. I am wondering if I could just be wrong or that they really haven't put much effort into the aesthetic appeal of Ryze or if i'm just mistaken somehow and there is a special effect skin out there.
