When i buy skin i look at skin as whole product that INCLUDES Splash Art. Splash Art is part of skin so i think when u change Splash Art there shud be refaund on that skin. New Nightraven 
for me is bad and i feel like i wasted my money on something that i don't like. Also i checkd people opinions on this and majority wants the same. R.I.P Nightraven u were truly beautiful Splash Art :( .
Riot reserves the right to alter their property with no warning or reimbursement. It's deliberately spelled out in the Terms of Use, as is the fact that you are indefinitely renting their property and have no actual ownership of anything in game.
Spell refunds correctly first and then we can talk about splash art.
