Bandle city and the Map

I was looking at bandle city in the Map of Runeterra and I saw that Heimer was not in it but is from piltover? And where is Amumu from? I'm kinda confused,please help![sg-zephyr]

Heimerdinger lives a life in Piltover as a glamoured Yordle posing as a human. Ziggs used to live with him until he met Jinx and now lives in Zaun blowing stuff up - although he has strong feelings against senseless killing and he tries to make Jinx tone down her killing sprees.
