The Magnificent Twisted Fate!

I am a loyal Summoners of League of Legends. To be honest, I love this game and I purchased a lot of skins. Today, I am excited that I got TF's "The Magnificent Twisted Fate" which is a skin of 1820 RP. However, I never thought this skin does not have any skill feature..... I feel disappointment of this skin!!!!!! How does it worth 1820 RP? Would you guys change this kind of old skin and just make it worthy !?[zombie-nunu-tears]
