Voice Over Lore

WE. NEED. Voiceover'd lore.

Read through Frozen Hearts just now and could only imagine the extra chills and tears it would send down people's spines and faces if there was accompanying audio. I have no idea if this is within Riot's span of lore/storytelling, since champions already have their own (sometimes massive) set of VO lines, but adding character's voices to dialogue-ridden stories might make people that much more inclined to read/listen to them (and maybe avoid Luxanna's).
