Why do I have not order border even I use the icon? Is it a scam?
Why do I have not that border even thought I crafted that icon and border? I even use that icon but still no border? If I can't use that border I want my money back! Is it a scam?

Only gives border to people using the riven skin
The border is only for when you use the riven skin
It's not a scam, I would read up on the specifics of how it works.
the borders are for when you use the yasuo/riven skin and im not sure if they are available yet before the event ends
