Why do some of the skins look nothing like the skin showcase card?!?!

so i was noticing that some of the skins while playing don't look like the character artwork. for instance taric's bloodstone skin. as we know taric has brown hair and it's long, but for some reason even though the artwork shows that he has long brown hair, when you que up and play the skin has a clown hairdo and it's red. other than that the armor is on point but why make him look like a flaring ginger when the art work shows different. idk if im the only one who notices the differences that are missed in some of the skins details vs the art work.

P.S. when i say art work i mean the picture that is used to showcase the skin before you buy. almost like a false advertisement, cuz i wouldnt have gotten the skin if it was that goofy from the picture. =(

Well, while I get what you mean, Taric's getting an update soon so this isn't as much of a problem. However, one instance where this particularly annoys me, is Wicked Lulu. Her model's face is just the same as her base and kind of ruins the Wicked look.

That's why you check how the skin looks ingame before you buy it.
