Hello, I was wondering if there was a specific reason as to why Project: Ashe hoodie is toggled automatically instead of giving the player the option ? ^_^

YES PLEASE! I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IT AS PLAYER OPTION!
Because she has an idle mode and a combat mode? The thematic of the skin would be lost if she did not use the combat mode to fight.

In this case, we felt it was a cool/unique way to use the toggle tech! So, as opposed to toggling whenever, we felt it would be more interesting to have her hood toggle up when shes in enemy territory - she's getting ready for battle!
I wanted Pool Party Taric to have a coat toggle, but they declined.
