Login screens on spotify NOT SOUNDCLOUD

So I've been having this desire to listen to a few champion login screens on repeat on spotify, but most of them aren't on spotify. Is there a reason why a few select tracks from the game are (Braum's login theme, The Howling abyss soundtrack, Ascension soundtrack, etc.) but almost all login screens aren't? The other day I was thinking "Maybe they've released 'Songs of the League of Legends Vol. 2' today" but I came to see that burning bright was in before login screens like Ekko, who came out something like two years ago, or Jhin, who came out roughly a year ago, and burning bright hadn't even been at for a month at this point? So I'm just asking: Hey Rito, Wheres the music?? Also, I know it was briefly mentioned in an "Ask Riot" post a while back, but when is the Pentakill album 2 coming out? The date wasn't mentioned but I was EXTREMELY exited for it.
