@Riot, about the yorick skin, please just listen to us

First off, I have never posted on the boards before. However, this issue is really important to me.

After seeing the new Yorick skin release I was super excited. I main Yorick on another account and I was really pumped to pick up the new skin. But after seeing the lack of response on Riot's end about fixing the issues that were pointed out by other Yorick mains, I really don't feel like buying the skin anymore.

I've been keeping up with the skin's updates on the PBE and they have been few, besides some audio tweaks. Many suggestions were made on the Arclight Yorick PBE thread but most of them were dismissed. The thread was just closed today and Riot KateyKhaos said that "the content is locked down, so what you're seeing on PBE is what you'll also be seeing when this skin goes live." Ok so that means that none of the visual feedback will be taken into consideration. Nothing can/will be changed, nothing about the differences between the splash art coloration and in-game model coloration, nothing about the differences between the splash helm and in-game helm, absolutely nothing. Of course this should mean that the other skins on the PBE are locked down too, right?

WRONG

A new thread was opened up today about the obvious differences between the soaring sword fiora skin color scheme and the in-game color scheme. While there's nothing wrong with the thread itself, there is something wrong with Rioters commenting that they are "going to look into addressing this so things are a little more cohesive." for a Fiora skin but they won't even take a glimpse at the differences between the yorick splash and in-game model. I don't mean to sound like I'm complaining.~~ I just think it's a little unfair to do this to us.~~

Why? Why do you value the opinions of Fiora players more than the opinions of Yorick players? I know that some have been harsh but others like myself really like the skin but see some things that could be fixed to make the skin even better. Shouldn't the goal of putting a skin on the PBE be to take the feedback and make the skin it's absolute best self?

At least that the way it should be. SO many people would buy the skin if it matched up better with the splash. Please, Riot, just listen to us. Most of us mean well. We just want to see the skin be its absolute best and we won't settle for anything less. Especially when our feedback is, for the most part, ignored.

EDIT: This topic can be heated for some but let's keep the discussion kind! The skins team has received a lot of negativity this PBE cycle which I'm sure has influenced their decision to leave the arclight yorick model alone.

EDIT 2: So riot went through with the fiora model tweaks and still haven't even posted on this thread yet. There's no way they haven't noticed. At this point I really think that they don't care about it anymore. Please guys keep this thread alive. We have to MAKE them take notice of us.

EDIT 3: I just saw the skin spotlight for what Arclight Yorick will look like live. After seeing the video, I noticed some alterations between the pre-release and the release skin and I have to say that riot did make some decent changes. The in-game model looks way more like the splash art now, even though them helm is not fixed. Thanks for that Riot. I'm sorry if we yorick mains have been harsh. I now see that we may have gotten out of hand.
