PROJECT: Skins

Riot, about PROJECT: skins... Are there any upcoming ones anytime soon? If so, are there concept/splash art for them? Also, there are some PROJECT: skins I'd like to see come out. They are:

1. PROJECT: Talon
2. PROJECT: Riven
3. PROJECT: Xayah (My opinion's dwindling on a yes or no for this since Xayah has bird legs...)
4. PROJECT: Varus
5. PROJECT: Irelia (Kinda...)
