My disappointment with the direction the Darkin are going

With Rhaast and Varus bow becoming official Darkin it has become very clear to me that the design of the Darkin being weapons will lead to them being characters that have no own identity. Varus bow aside since he doesn't even have a name rn. After seeing that Riot called the Login Screen for Rhaast "Darkin Kayn | Login Screen" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SO18eVlFrw8&feature=youtu.be I started to see something that would become very clear after seeing that even after becoming Rhaast ingame your chatname would still be Kayn. At this point I would not be surprised if you haven't played Kayn you wouldn't even know who Rhaast is. Calling Rhaast "Darkin Kayn" would be like calling Kayn "Rhaasts host". This takes away from Rhaast having his own character and reduces him to the fact that he is a Darkin. I don't think this is a good direction since a character should not be reduced to the fact that he has a certain race. And it seems like a very bad message to send out. Just as Ahri should not be reduced to the fact that she is Vastaya Rhaast should not be reduced to the fact that he is a darkin. The fact that he is a Darkin should add to his character and not be his character

And since all the future Darkin will also be weapons or weapons that already took over their host like Aatrox I have become afraid of the fact that they also could only have an identity that is related to their race or their host.
