The real question is why are people so obsessed with a stereotype of macho, cool dudes that smoke? What about smoking is cool and or should be a part of their character development. I would get it if he was trying to break free and it showed some character development that way, but it isn't used that way. Take away Graves cigar and don't promote something that causes tons of deaths...
