I won't be surprised if he is removed from Noxus and his affiliation be changed into the river bush at this rate.
There's a possibility that General Du Couteau could be one of the new Champions this year. As mrmeddyman said, if he is up to receive new lore, then Talon HAS to as well.
Here's to hoping that Talon gets lore in 2020 at long last.

Talons' narrative is attached to the hip to DuCouteau, When DuCouteau returns Talon will have lore and I feel that day is upon us my brother.
