Riot I think that many of us players agree that you have finally come around and made a skin for Yorick, and its actually a pretty good skin. The splash art is amazing. but the in game look really doesn't match up with the splash. In game it looks like a cheap World of Warcraft knockoff. Is there anyway you could tone down the "plastic" look of the skin in game and make it look a little more solid and . . . Yorick-y?

MistaFarenheit1 votesi dont really get the concept behind arclight yorik to begin with. varus and vayne both have the skins, theyre both traumatized characters who are basically out for vengeance. then there is velkoz and now yorik, i dont know much about yorik but isnt velkoz technically just straight up evil?
RokkSteady421 votesi don't know about velkoz but yorick is out to seek vengeance on the ruined king for corrupting the "Tears of Life" and turning the blessed isles into the shadow isles. He used to be a monk that would try and heal the wounded and bury the dead of who didn't make it. Also he would help spirits pass over that had trouble. Since the blessed isles were cursed, the spirits of the dead would be consumed by the mist, never having a chance to pass over, and that goes against yorick's whole order. So he tries to use his curse of necromancy to restore the isles
Wrathof3001 votesThe skin line has its own lore. Yorick was a king who was granted power by the archlight god, Archlight Vel'koz. Vaybe and Varus are other warriors who were also granted powers. The actual rioter comment was a lot more in depth about it, but I can't remember their name atm. Also, I don't get that plastic feel from his armour personally.

And i watch the skin spotlight on this skin that came out much later than the teaser reveal, and it doesnt look nearly as platic-y as i first thought so this whole post is officially outdated and not relevant haha.
