Why are karma splashes being change on PBE ?

Both replaced splashes don't even look like Karma, they destroy Karma's elegant iconic of Ionian to slutty young anime-ish cliche nerdy type. Seriously? just give her a Tan and called it a day. The most ludicrous thing is instead changing her traditional splash to CN which look glamorous fit her old character , lore and exceptionally up to date, high quality image they do this. Please just replace Traditional Karma splash to CN then Riot only has to update 2 splashes of her, Karma hasn't have a good skin so please do this to compensate Karma mains. _ Why not this ?
