Lancer Zero Hecarim is the first Hextech skin I actually want.
Does that say anything about the skins they have been making for Hextech crafting?
I don't even play Hecarim.

No it means you just prefer this skin over the others.
Imo not a fan of this gem-skins and the hole idea behind it. And most of these skins look ok - cool. but none of them look incredible good or awesome. but thats just my point of view. (the only one i really like is vanys, not cause i like vayne but cause of the fact she looks like a VU with it)
knowing me I would get the skin and still just use arcade Hecarim.
