Cinematic videos/ comics for lore

We all know Riot does an amazing job with their cinematic and tell stories well but some people don't like just reading the lore so why doesn't riot just make a cinematic or comic to get players involved into the lore and their favorite champions, plus it will create jobs for those who love to do work in film or art and for fans to create the ideas for the comics and films and can be posted monthly. Smite does a similar thing with their gods when they come out, they have a video for their lore and then how the champion works and some in game situations like a team fight because i am confused with Ekko and how he works so a video for the champion and examples on how they can be played would be awesome. They also do a comic book where it showcases community art every week, champion lore, pro spotlights etc in a fun layout so i think this could be a cool way for riot to show what they have and show what the community has to offer in a cool way.

Gradually over time they have been including a bit more lore in spotlights. The big one's for me are Sion and Rek'Sai, who have a small intro thingy-ma-bobby before Phreak gets going. For Sion it was him on the twisted treeline with LeBlanc, Swain and Vlad surrounding him, these three being the main people involved in restoring his mind. For Rek'Sai it was her being flanked by a pair of smaller Rek'Sai, representing other Xer'Sai and her role as Queen of their species.

The little things make me happy, and those did, but honestly it could be done even more and even better, because you know, a 5 seconds sqeuence at the start showing off the champion in a lore-centric way isn't exactly the greatest story exposition that can be done. Problem is for the spotlight it's mainly as the entry way in to the champion, a basic guide in video form, which means the lore presented, if it's gonna be there, is gonna be simple and basic. So while I agree, yeah, more lore in the spotlights and just more lore in general would be FANTASTIC! The champ spotlights probably aren't the best place for it though.

I would argue that that's partially because telling a good story is actually pretty god dam hard, and the people the CAN tell good stories probably have no interest in working for Riot unless Riot give them bags of cash, or unless they can't find work anywhere else and Riot gives then tiny bags of cash.

P.S. I have no proof or even evidence of this, this is just speculation.

P.P.S. In my opinion, the lore of Geb kinda sucks. Good lore should tell a story about the human condition, and if it doesn't do that then there's not really any point in learning the lore. For example, the Silmirilian by JRR Tolkien somehow does this with every paragraph, and it's no wonder people throughout history have gotten obsessed with Middle Earth
