Why Riot don't put back the Valor icon during Quinn's R?

After the rework Quinn's icon for Valor (showed during R in the minimap and by killing enemies) has been deleted. Has Riot said something about it? It would be nice not only for an artistic reason but also for the rest of the team who can be aware of the ult use. Sorry for my bad english.

Because originally it actually switched quinn with valor,thus the icon was also switched. Now however it is still quinn,so there is no need to change the icon.

Because before, when you knew that Quinn had used Tag Team, you knew that a significant ability was on a long cooldown. Now, there is no cooldown for it, so there's no purpose
