Pulsefire Ezreal, 3 years later and it's still a hot piece of garbage worth crying about.

I bought pulsefire a bit over a year after it came out, overall the skin made me feel like I paid 25 dollars for a piece of poop that was disguised as chocolate. 3 years later I can still find recent threads that are still complaining about about how clunky he feels and it's even more apparent when comparing to how smooth and connective the updated art models are for other champions. The best way to describe the lack of sensation is it feels like PFE works at 20 frames a second in a 60 frame a second game, animations connect to minions, q's and autos proc special minion death animations, the damage connects and the skill shot stops but you don't get the goldWHOOPS. and it feels like picking this skin adds a 200ms delay to everything you do ingame. It makes a significant difference during play to the point where I've probably only used pulsefire in a handful of games over the 2 years I've had this skin. I'd ask for a refund but people get so offended, almost disgusted when you go to all the trouble to try to give them their poop back after they lose it. Anyway, the point of the post is ask if there are any plans to fix this skin, ask if this skin is eligible for a refund due to it's history of circumstances, and to let who ever needs to know that this skin is still a hot piece of garbage and the people that bought it would like PFE to not be a hot piece of garbage anymore.

(for the record I still think the skin looks amazing, it's unimpressive how awful it feels to play the skin in general outside of aesthetics)
