Any updates on the Kassadin update, Riot?

Siachi1 votesI completely understand your reasons as to why his VO isn't going to be updated quiet yet (Need to coordinate actors for MULTIPLE countries; need to write lines and translate them to all the supported languages; basically it sounds like more work making the new VO than making the actual model itself)
But I do have a question: If a good opportunity to give him a new VO DOES happen to show up, would he need another Visual Update before receiving it, or could you feasibly add the new VO on top of the new model (It would have been released Live by then) with maybe some new animations to match with the lines?

At seems no matter how much he is tweaked, Kassadin will inevitably be regarded as Broken when people play him to often..
