I was thinking that Talon should have more back story, he is such a mysterious character and to me deserves more spot light. Be cool if we saw talon in a cinematic trailer as well. If katerina gets spot light I think he should as well. Also they need to make a new talon skin, long over due for that one.
He has a league judgement, not sure if they're cannon though.
To be honest, more information on nearly any champion would be appreciated.

They need to add something to talon, someone can correct if i'm wrong but he seems like generic assassin guy with no past/amnesia. I just feel like he needs some sort of new hook because right now he's just really boring. :\
