PROJECT TIME-LINE! plot-update?

please open your mind to my theory, of how project couldve been born in a possible parallel timeline. the focus is on an most-likely unknown but existing character.

In the Past, Ionia was in war with the noxian empire, fear and doubts got into the ionian council, dark minds corrupted it. so it came that a CABAL within the council, suggested to free the captive jhin , a serialkiller with a dark and dreadful past in ionia.

the CABALs idea, and Jhins talent are winning the war for ionia, but lets go a step further. They are killing the council and the Cabal is exposing as a Noxian spy, his plan was to bruise the Noxian warpower to eliminate their leadership with jhins assassination skills. now he has power over Noxus, its warfare and the ionian aswell. after all these events the cabal and jhin could be still a team. and this possible relationship of manipulator and assassin couldve formed the project timeline. My suggestion is that Jhin acts as his head henchman, hes kinda endboss like in the PROJECT series and if we consider him being still loyal to THE CABAL because of the events in the past, well lets say....

.... centuries have passed the Cabal is very old and maybe the ruler of the new futuristic ionian empire, which has now consumed most of the middle-east of valoran, maybe more. The future has arrived long ago, caused by the yordle industrialization. The Competitors of war have become less and isolated. The Cabal needs a new Weapon because there are still Kingdoms to capture. Cruel engineers have gathered the remains of dead legends, to forge this new weapon. the PROJECT has been born.
