Mecha Kingdoms represents the continuation of the Warring Kingdoms story, where champions pilot giant mechs called avalons.

Vercentia Kingdom, which is protected by MechaKingdoms Garen, who is also its warlord.

So in The same Timeline we had Two Garen? (Warrior & Pilot?) or Just the same Guy who Can Cut a Mountain before but Retcon now.

as I check again he dont had that feat anymore.(The lore Change Cut the Mountain out)

Is He a Pilot or Diffrent Garen in New Generation? (Same Timeline)

I don’t know where they said it but they explicitly said that WK Garen does pilot MK Garen.

It should be Only Him and we cant let 2 Garen in the same timeline that will be a Plot Hole.

There aren't two Garen's in the same timeline. WK Garen is MK Garen in the past before the mechs came.
