Next Rework After Galio (I think)
Galio is Demacian yes? Then if they do the story pages like Piltover and Zaun, Demacia and Noxus should be together. And who should be reworked and is Noxian?

It was already leaked that Urgot is the next rework. However Galio will likely come out within the next 2 months,wheras Urgot will be out after ~6 ,months,so there'll be a huge time gap between the 2 anyway.
We'll get two VGUs that followed Galio revealed within the next week or so, Urgot will be one and the second likely Eve, though that's not as certain.

Uhm I think stuff happened like this because Zaun and Piltover are one on top of the other, as for Noxus and Demacia yeah they are diametrically opposed to each others but they aren't particularly connected in any way other than Garen x Kat, still I've read that Riot already spilled the beans on the next champion being Urgot so maaaaybe we'll get lores for both Demacia and Noxus as part of their release as you stated
