Character Voice Overs

I didn't quite know where to put this, but this seems like as good a place as any. What if we could purchase voice overs from certain champions; for things like 'double kill' and the like. Allowing then for when simple things like 'minions have spawned' come out as our favorite champion's voice? Just a small detail, but I think it'd be pretty neat.

That's a lot of VA work, especially for it to have the quality and flair of an individual champion. I'm not sure what kind of ROI it'd have, though, since the Announcer voice is something left untouched (aside from the Burning Tides event).
