Insufficient Splash Arts Issue

So there are quite a lot of splash arts which is outdated and some of them does not really reach the standards of a Splash art. We know Riot themselves make excellent art, visuals and details but when the Splash Art Update (patch 6.7) came out, they have replaced Chinese Splash Arts with the current one, thus mixing it together. Well, some of the Splash Arts were applicable and good (Ex: Silver fang Akali) but others are just... absurd and really low quality Splashes. I believe, the "anime" or "cartoon" - ish style does not fit in the needs of a good quality Splash Arts, and really drawbacks the atmosphere as well as the champion itself. Lets take an example:
