Sailor Gangplank visuals

Hello,

I'm primarily writing here hoping that some rioter may see it while reading the boards. I wonder if it's possible to change Sailor Gangplank's face visuals to resemble his art splash like he did with old model. Giving him back his big moustache and hair shape(with the hat) would be a very nice touch to this skin.
