It'll be here next patch. This patch cycle is going to be 3 weeks instead of the usual 2 weeks.
TLDR august 25th
Edit: whoops, the 3 week cycle is 7.18. It should be august 23rd
Edit 2: and since RGMs start on Friday's, it'll be the 25th
