New Profile Banner Please?

I'm not sure if anyone has made a topic about this yet or if Riot has discussed it or not but can we get a new profile banner to replace the ugly Summoner one, especially since Summoners have been written out of the lore. Can it simply be replaced by a banner of the champion you have the highest mastery points with? It would just be of the base skin. Or maybe have some more expensive summoner icons that can give you a special profile banner, similar to how the ultimate skin icon/banners work. Please and thank you.
