Taric and Vayne are brothers?

Ok, I was playing and I'm main support and I was playing with Taric, my adc was Vayne, when we enter to the sommuner rift Taric said a Line it was "Hello older sister" and the only girls was Kindred and Vayne, so I assume that it was Vayne cause Vayne is from demacia, but I'm not sure,what do you think?

he has no lines for either of them, http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Taric under quotes are all of his lines.

There siblings dont assume tarics gender we dont actually know

He doesn't have that quote,or even one that is similar to it.
