I want to work at a game company or riot game in the future.I don't know which type of art major should I go into if I want to create artwork like champions splash art

To be an artist of splash caliber a fine arts course with drawing, painting and digital application would be an ideal start. Skills you'll need are fundamental illustration, anatomy, composition, perspective, colour and light theory, material rendering and visual storytelling. Our splash artists focus completely on creating a compelling image that conveys all the emotion and story behind a design - so ultimately we look for artists that can deliver striking work that really elicits a feeling.
