Raikkon, Ionia. What is it?

I have noticed that Ionia has Pallas which is mentioned in Varus' lore and Kashuri which is mentioned in Jhin's lore. But what is Raikkon and why was it striped down?

I asked the same on reddit 5 days ago, however nobody could respond. So I will just post it here hoping someone can answer it.

I think there's good reason why you didn't get a response from Reddit. I checked the wiki and there is absolutely no mention of it anywhere other then on this map. It seems Raikkon is some kind of mystery that has yet to be elaborated upon.
