From hints Rioters teased recently. There is a glimpse of hope we would see Swain listed to be updated right after Urgot or Eve.

Swain is on the list for a VGU. We won't know who'll be up next until both the Urgot & Evelyn VGU's release.

I'm really hoping they don't completely turn him into a Noxian general with him having war camps and all that. They should almost ditch the general or tactician aspect, focus more on a leading warlock of Noxus.
Me and Tides of Blood speculated what he might do in game after his VGU a while back, although it was a while back. Like near the MYMU.
