Dead gangplank

I own the ghost gangplank skin. Hes dead, but I should still get to play him with this skin....

on another note though, I doubt they will permanently remove him and just bring him back after the event or something. Perhaps hes not even officially dead without the body found, but if they do remove him I demand a refund on his skins cuz thats bs and i know riot is full of crap on a daily basis
