Quinn, Talon, Darius, and Draven (Update?)

Recently, while I was looking at Talon's lore, I saw that he and Quinn were related champions. I know that in the old lore, Quinn was tracking down Talon, but knew that the person she was tracking down was much too sloppy to be Talon, hinting at some sort of connection between them. Is this still canon?

Also, both Quinn and Talon have pretty lackluster lores in comparison to the other Noxian/ Demacian champions, so I was wondering if either or both of them will be getting a small update in the near future.

Darius and Draven also have pretty boring lores, with the exception of the comic about Darius from a year or so back. It'd be interesting to see where they stand (as well as the House of Du Couteau) with Swain's position as the leader of Noxus. Are they going to get mini updates as well?

I think Quinn was on their list for a VGU because of her kit disconnects, so they could be bypassing her for that reason. To be brutally honest, I think it would make for a FAR MORE INTERESTING story if they retconned Talon actually be her brother Caleb, captured and brainwashed by the Noxians. I mean, think about it - Quinn is emotionally scarred from her brother's "death," and tends to herself in the outer edges of Demacia. But in actuality, Caleb was attacked, becomes an amnesiac, and captured and reprogrammed by Noxus to become an assassin, under the tutelage of Du Coteau. Quinn sees Talon, recognizes him, and becomes obsessed with tracking him down and figuring out what happened and how she can get her brother back. Instantly, it's a more interesting plot for the both of them that plays into their current lores - Quinn having to deal with her brother's "death" and carrying on, Talon being a mostly unknown "orphan" who comes under Du Coteau's care, while also providing a connection and an opposition for the both of them. It also makes Talon infinitely more deep as a character to have to deal with the conflicted loyalties and his breakdown of how he knows reality.

As for Darius and Draven, they could also use polish, but their stories are pretty decent. Draven and Darius both could use model updates, especiall Draven, to bring them up to date (and make Draven as gorgeous as he is in Awaken).

I have God-King and Dunkmaster for Darius and Primetime or Soulreaver for Draven. why should they need an update for their models if nobody plays them anyway? (the OG Skin, not the Champ).

Because not everyone owns skins, and if they can get away with polishing the base skins, that can keep them nicer looking longer. Plus, some base skins are amazing in their own right, most especially Evelynn, and then others like Akali, Taric, Nunu, and Urgot.

I’d love to see Talon become Quinn’s brother. Fan theories with a lot of history like this one have made it into the official lore before (i.e. the darkin being sentient weapons), so if this idea garners enough traction, it could happen.

Same here. I just like that it gives us a different sort of faction conflict that we haven't really seen yet in the game. Plus, we also do not have a brother/sister combination either.

And Talon has another sisters now. Katarina Cassiopeia If these factors are utilized, the story will be very interesting.

Talon was softly implied to be Quinn's brother in the old lore but he is confirmed dead in Quinn's new lore.

I, as a follower of Talon's lore for a really damn long time(and it's maddening) think it was never a good lead. Quinn was following Talon, but that was just an excuse to make Quinn unique as you can see from her teasers. She is supposed to hunt assassins in the old lore.

But I'd like some connection between them because of their bird connections. Well Talon is obviously not Talon's birth name, but a given name by others. I think Assassin Guilds gave him that nickname because how he acted. But no, Talon being Caleb is a dead bet right now because Quinn herself saw it and buried him. I highly doubt a retcon at this point, Demacia lore update was not that long ago.

And for Darius and Draven, Darius pretty updated. Draven needs it totally!

For House Du Couteau, I can't agree more.

Well, never say never, especially since they have been considering Quinn for a VGU of some sort. That's always an opportunity for the lore to change.

I'm fine as long as it's not a main story because Quinn is not on tier 1 yet, I don't want to wait 3 more years for Talon lore.
