i thought there should be a ginger bread elf teemo with a santa hat who leaves presents around the map and shoots candy canes but theres just a nasty poop elf christmas teemo skin with nothing special about it. </3

Good thematically. Snowflakes for Shurikens (just like his playerbase xd), snowy shadow, snowy E, and something for his ultimate. But the problem lies within his design. Most of the Snowdown skins use very modern clothing, in specific, Snow Day. If they were to go ahead with a Snow Day Zed some day, and if they keep the mask, they might have to use something like this. Leaving the eyes and upper head as an issue, as they'd have to copy Malzahar's design, or Singed's.

Of course, they could always make him a literal Snowman like Snowmerdinger. Either are fine tbh.
