Well, the wiki says that Aurelion Sol travels with a speed of 600 with his E. Jinx' ultimate estimatedly travels with a speed of 2500. Don't know if this is correct, but let's assume that it is at least over 1000.

So obviously, rockets are faster than Aurelion Sol.
