pulsefire ezreal doesnt jump anymore?

What?! I went in to test the new ezreal skin and on his final form he doesnt jump and fly every so often anymore! Whyy that was the best part for me, it made him somewhat unqiue when he moved! Ahhh wasnt the vu spose to add to his skin not remove the good bits?!
