This is like the third thread about this topic already. pls just scroll down to look at the existing threads before posting the same topic again.
And about the topic: Its most likely unrelated. The characters look similar, but the concepts are based on entirely different things(chiaras character is based on stars and so on,she most likely chose the wolf and rabbit because they are both associated with the moon, while Kindred is based on the duality of the lamb and wolf, yin&yang as well as death).
The similarities are very superficial(white dressed girl with mask and supernatural dark wolf) and I think that Princess mononoke was far more likely an inspiration for kindred.
There exist bigger coincidences than that, just look at the history of the comic character dennis the menace https://www.plagiarismtoday.com/2010/10/18/the-odd-case-of-dennis-the-menace/ Stuff like this happens, especially since we now have the internet.
This interpretation of what stealing a design means is pretty darn broad. The actual visuals, which might conceivably merit protection, are very very different, as anyone can see. Obviously, it comes naturally to juxtapose light and dark, big and small, predator and prey, young and old, masculine and feminine, etc. Those ideas are very common. It's not novel by any means. It's been done since the dawn of culture. This particular artist didn't invent those ideas either, obviously.
This is similar to how people at first thought Stitches (in HOTS) was a ripoff of Pudge (Dota 2) when it was the reverse actually. It will eventually die down to an ignorable amount of ignorant people. If it doesn't... then the League community is officially worse than the Dota community. Because that means they cant accept the fact that they are not ripoffs and cant move on.
