During worlds, a lot of previous content was purchasable in the client. This included content from previous years, such as the SKT 2013 ward and previous championship team skins (Fnactic, TPA, SKT, SSW). Why are the previous world championship wards and icons from previous years not available?

The World Championship Wards and icons were available to commemorate a particular season, which is why they aren't available in other years - similarly to how we don't re-release Victorious skins. Victorious skins are also commemorative of a particular season.
